Refund policy

RETURN POLICY 

ALL Returns are subject to Exchange ONLY. We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE; All SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL No Returns on wigs except in conditions where you received a defeat product and that should be communicated immediately you received your package from the delivery carrier

NOTE: A 25% Restocking fees is required for all eligible return orders.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return from our support team will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please do not accept package from the delivery man if package is broken< evenly flat or seems hollow, please refuse package and contact us immediately.
