How Long is Shipping & Delivery?

We typically ship out all pre-made wig unit and clothings 1-2 business days unless is a custom made unit. once Your product is placed, there is a mandatory 24hours payment processing period between that day and the following business day. Once your payment and payment period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your product order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with the shipping method which you choose. Basically, Shipping takes an additional 1-2 days which gives you a total of 4-7 business days within the U.S and 2-4 weeks outside the U.S. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Expedited shipping is only 2-4 business days.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders for wigs presently. You can send in your head measurement and bundles for a custom unit made or you can buy bundles, closure or frontal form us and we will customized for you with your head measurement you provide us. Our clothings lines are all READY TO WEAR. We will update our site when we are fully available to accepting custom order for clothings.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, We allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive within 14days after it was delivered to you with tags and labels attached.
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on Wig purchased. (ALL WIGS ARE FINAL SALES) How ever, We accept exchange on bundles, Closure, Frontals if returned in the same way it was received with tags and wrapping still attached. NOTE: All returns are no longer valid after 14days you received the item.

What is your return policy?

Returns are welcome for some selected items with full refund if the merchandise is returned in the same way it was received with Tags, Label and Wrapping still attached. After 14days, we are no longer liable to provide refunds or exchange.

How long do extensions and wigs last?

With proper care your hair can last 2-3 years or more.

What is the origin of your products?

Indian / Vietnamese Virgin hair. Our READY TO WEAR Clothings are produced from our designing factory in West African.

How are your wigs made?

Our custom/ pre-made Wig Units are tightly and well hand Stitched with great attention to quality and professionalism. However, our sewing machine stitching process will be updated on our site once fully available.

Are your items true to size?

Yes. Our Pre-made wigs are usually medium size head (22 circumference) which is basically the regular size for all head. Our Ready to wear clothes are U.S true to size. Please see size chat before ordering.
